1. Acceptance

By using the myplannerdesk website and application (https://myplannerdesk.com) you accept these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service description

myplannerdesk is a web tool for planning activities, managing contacts and an address book, and publishing public guides and blog articles. Core features are currently free. Features may change.

3. Account

  • You are responsible for accurate registration data and for keeping your password confidential.
  • You must not share your account or allow unauthorized access.
  • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
  • You may request account deletion through the Contact page.
  • We may suspend or delete an account for violating these terms or for abuse.

4. Allowed and prohibited use

You may use the service only in accordance with applicable law. Prohibited conduct includes:

  • uploading illegal, offensive, or third-party content without rights;
  • attempting unauthorized access to the system, other accounts, or data;
  • automated mass scraping of content without permission;
  • sending spam, malware, or deceptive messages;
  • impersonation or interfering with ads and measurement;
  • using the service for fraud, discrimination, or infringement of others' rights.

5. User content

Activities, contacts, addresses, and notes remain yours. You grant us a limited license to store and display them to you within the service. We do not publish your private content publicly.

6. Intellectual property

The myplannerdesk name, logo, design, code, and public site texts (other than user content) belong to the platform operator. You may not copy, resell, or present them as your own without written permission, except sharing public articles with attribution.

7. Advertising (Google AdSense)

Public pages may show third-party ads, including Google AdSense. Ads are not shown on sign-in, registration, or private modules (Activities, Contacts, Address book). Ad clicks must be genuine; fake clicks or encouraging others to click ads are prohibited.

8. Availability and changes

We aim for reliable operation but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice when practical.

9. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect damage, data loss, or lost profits arising from use or inability to use the service. Users must back up important data.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia. Courts in the Republic of Serbia have jurisdiction, unless mandatory rules require otherwise.
