Welcome to myplannerdesk
Plan your day with clarity, stay organized, and keep focus on goals that matter.
What is myplannerdesk?
myplannerdesk is a free web application for daily planning, activity tracking, and organizing contacts and addresses. It is built for individuals, freelancers, and small teams who want a clear view of their work without complicated software.
Instead of scattering tasks, phone numbers, and locations across notes and messages, you keep everything in one place: plan activities, record statuses, track next follow-ups, and quickly find clients or partners. The app runs in the browser on desktop and phone, with no install required.
Beyond the work tools, we publish practical articles on planning, productivity, and project management — available to everyone, even without registration. Browse the blog →
Plan
Create a clean overview of daily and weekly priorities with dates, statuses, and priority levels.

Track progress, complete goals, and export reports whenever you need them.
How myplannerdesk helps in everyday work
A productive day starts with a clear plan. In Activities you add tasks with start time, priority, and description, then immediately see what is planned, in progress, or done. You spend less time deciding what is next and more time doing real work.
Contacts stores clients and partners: name, company, phone, email, and notes. The address book keeps business and personal addresses with Google Maps links — useful for field visits, deliveries, and meetings outside the office.
When you need to share results or keep records, you can print and export data. The full workflow is described in the user guide.
Who it is for
- Individuals who want a simple daily and weekly plan without a cluttered interface.
- Freelancers and sales people who track calls, meetings, and follow-ups with clients.
- Small teams that need a shared overview of activities, contacts, and locations.
